BOYBEADS are made to order- meaning there is no pre-made stock to ship immediately. When you place your order, we begin making them as quickly as possible. Each bracelet requires a two hour construction and curing period before shipping. Most orders ship the next day. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take 3-5 business days.  If you need express (overnight) shipping, please order by 1:00 PM EST to ensure prompt delivery. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit. If you are not totally satisfied with your BOYBEADS for any reason, please log in to your account and initiate a return request. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You do not have to wait for a response from us before mailing your returned items. 

We would like for every customer to be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. Refunds or exchanges are available for up to 30 days after the date the item was received by customer. If your order shipped free, actual USPS shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the delivery date of your returned package to BOYBEADS. However, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days in USA), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
